MD2542 is a solvent-free phenalkamine epoxy hardener based on Cashew Nut Shell Liquid (CNSL).

MD2542 is a solvent-free phenalkamine epoxy curing agent based on Cashew Nut Shell Liquid (CNSL). It can cure at room and low temperature (≤-5°C). Also it is moisture tolerant while curing and outstanding in chemical resistance etc.

It is an excellent hardener which is suitable for solvent based, solvent-free and high-solid heavy duty epoxy coatings.

MD2542 can be widely applied in fields of marine anticorrosion, petroleum pipelines, mining machinery, railway fields, power plants, tank interior, potable water pipelines etc:

· solvent based epoxy coatings; 

· high-solid epoxy coatings; 

· marine paints; 

· ballast tank paints etc.
